Amazon messing with listings
I am literally banging my head against the wall trying to deal with amazon support. Any help on how to get my issue fixed would be greatly appreciated.
I opened a case with seller support on the 26th of April. I was processing orders and noticed that the image on an order didn’t match the title. After trying to work out what had happened I worked out that 2 listings now had the same asin. Neither has the asin that was assigned when the listing was set up. So instead of having 1 listing with 3 variations and the other listing with 6 variations I have 1 listing with 9 variations. They are 2 different products.
Amazon seller support told me I had to add inventory before they could fix it, I did that. Then they told me I had to give the original asin for each listing before they could fix it. I found the original asins and gave them that. now I am being given absolute nonsense again in the replies.
I don’t want to delete the listings and set them up again as all sales data and sales ranking will be lost but I am ready to throw the laptop out the window with how difficult support is being.
Anyone have any tips ?
