Does AHT disable Order Handling Capacity? Anyone else experiencing this ?
I had AHT and SSA enable for about a month now. On Oct 26th, i notice the order handling capacity no longer works while having my AHT on. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Is this a new feature where AHT disables the Order Handling Capacity that was set?
This is causing problems with our order amount per day because amazon exceeds the order handling capacity and there seems to be no limit.
If you ship a order late by a day while having AHT and SSA on... you will be forced to buy a more expensive shipping label to be ODTR Protected and sometimes there is no service that is ODTR protected if you ship late 1 day past the amazon ship date. Amazon please fix this issue because we sellers need the handling capacity to work while using AHT to have a buffer.
We can not grow with amazon on this platform when these features are making it hard for us to sell here.
Has anyone had AHT implemented and unable to go off of it?

I shared your question with our partner team. They informed me that Order Handling Capacity is not automated as part of Automated Handling Time. I asked our partner to review your OHC and order history, and I will follow up when more information is available.
