How do I create a new product that I manufacture on amazon please I need help
I’ve created a new product “gummy bears with CBD oil in them” which are quite strong, but not sure how to get approval? can anyone help pls?

Are you serious? As soon as you mention CBD it will be banned, as cannabinoids are prohibited for sale on Amazon. Let alone the fact that they are gummy bears made to entice children. 
Amazon already ban products which may incorrectly attract children such as bubble gum and popcorn flavours which can get listings deactivated.
IMO knock this one on the head.

Darlabella, another thing to consider is that if you buy/source something from Alibaba or Express it’s not really a product that you manufacture (unless perhaps you own the IP rights). That’s called ‘white label’ - where you add your brand name to an existing product and sell it as your own.

the “I’ve created” “which are a bit strong” is a bit worrying… I’m going to presume these have been tested, approved, meet standards? I mean you cant even sell handmade soap made without certifications never mind get insurance so if you’ve created gummy bears with strong CBD then I hope you’ve got all your ducks in a row so to speak…but forget selling them on Amazon
