Ato z claim outside of 90 days
I have an A to Z claim where its been 94 days since ordering its been too long for the royal mail to check delivery as tracking number now shows as invalid. here’s what seller support have said
To be satisfied that delivery was made to the buyer’s address, we need to see that someone signed for order 026-0856415-6366741.
Within 3 calendar days, please reply to this email with the following information:
– Proof of delivery document showing the recipient’s signature (such as a copy of a signature confirmation or return receipt from the courier)
– The courier’s name
– Tracking number
– Delivery address
– Delivery date.
If we do not receive your reply within 3 calendar days, your account may be debited for the full amount of the claim.
so amazon don’t appear to be even working to there own rules…what a surprise
any suggestions
cheers

No surprise, had one last week for an item that was over 200 days old.

I may be wrong but is it not 90 days from the last expected delivery date?
