Amazon Mistakenly Disposed of $20,000 Inventory – Support Ignoring Issue
I’m a third-party seller on Amazon. Recently, Amazon mistakenly disposed of my inventory worth over $20,000 due to an error on their end. I contacted Amazon support and, so far, they have only reimbursed me for one order. They continue to ignore my questions and respond with generic, canned replies.
I’ve provided all required documentation and have repeatedly requested an explanation and proper reimbursement, but the issue remains unresolved. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any advice on how to escalate this or get Amazon to address the issue properly would be appreciated

For assistance/suggestions here from other sellers, more detail would be helpful.

If you are 100% certain about that (and you did NOT set your "Automated removal" to "Dispose" nor sell branded products without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner allowing you to sell on Amazon) take immediately a specialized Amazon attorney. Alone against seller support you won't win.

You need to find yourself one of those Amazon lawyers all over google and have THEM contact Amazon legal.

@Seller_emLciOdTppd2O Thank you for posting to our Forums, and providing the relevant case information for us to deep dive on our end!
Please note I have escalated the outstanding removal order pending reimbursement to our partner team who handled the initial request. You can expect them to reply directly back to you on your existing case, or they may create a new case on your behalf.
Please feel free to reply back to this thread once the case has been closed out.
Thank you!
