Upon receiving notification of the suspension, I promptly took action to rectify the situation by making the pending VAT payment on 11th April 2024. Additionally, I obtained a garnishment revocation letter from the German VAT authority dated 16th April 2024, confirming that my VAT number is no longer under suspension.

I have diligently provided this garnishment revocation letter to the VAT department of Amazon on multiple occasions, in accordance with the instructions provided by the German VAT authority. However, despite fulfilling all necessary requirements and obligations, my account remains inactive.

It is imperative to emphasize that the German VAT department explicitly stated that the revocation letter should be delivered to Amazon within 10 days of its issuance date. I have adhered to this timeline and fulfilled all necessary procedures to ensure the swift reactivation of my account.

Given the legal obligations and the timely resolution of the VAT issue, I kindly request Amazon to expedite the reactivation process of my selling account. The prolonged suspension is causing significant disruption to my business operations and financial losses.
