Account Suspended due to section 3

Hi All
I got an email that my account has been de-activated because of the section 03 and here is the issue:

"You have been found to be related to an account beginning with Mdn Enterprises.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated. “”"

CAN SOMONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS??? which information should I provide to them??? I mean how can I prove that I only have one account account

I think that your about the 4th one of these I’ve seen over the last few days.
It is beginning to look like there is some of glitch happening on the systems.

Assuming of course that you haven’t started to open another account etc? Or on another Amazon site?

Yes, as Neil said there have been several others reported the same thing.
It does seem as though there could be a glitch.

Offcourse the USA account is also mine…So these are the marketplaces that I have active in my Amazon seller account.

I was mainly using UK and USA.

Now Amazon is asking me for this: “” To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated. “”

DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE???

How can I provide evidence that I never created any other account???
This is similar like “Proof that you’re not human” lol…I can proof myself that I am human but how can answer this ridiculous question???

I mean what should i do?
1 - Should I submit an oath to the Amazo that I never owned any other account?
2 - Should I provide them all my Internet history from day I started using it?

I have provided all the dociments / Proofs that I used to submit while account creation and asked them please rematch all these with my current account and all other accounts. Reinstate the account that matches the documents and I am not responsible for all others.

Each time I get the same email that I need to provide evidance…I tried to reach on a call but there is no such phone number for Amazon uk to make a call to them.

Its been more then two weeks I am trying to reolve the issue…I trying to contact support but no one seems to interested in resolving the issue…
1 - There is no such way to talk support when account is deactivated
2 - No phone number to call support
3 - No Email address
5 - No live chat
The only thing that I can fo it to “submit” “evidence” but what evidence???
No one is going to explain or discuss…

Such a pathetic, uselss, un trained and non serious staff Amazon has…or its the Amazon policy to not entertain the issue…all they want to follow the policy and pay all the fee but when there is an issue then no one is going to resolve the issue and no one will be interested to even hear the issue…

• If you have used any open Wi-Fi to operate your amazon account.

After identifying the relation between both the accounts, follow below mentioned steps:

• If the relation is through staff or colleagues, provide any proof of documents like appointment letter or termination letter or relieving letter.

• If the relation is through family members or friends, explain the situation clearly on appeal with supporting documents.

• If the relation is through a third-party service, explain in POA and submit supporting documents like contract document, contract termination document, invoices of transactions between you and the third-party.
