Evri adjustments

Hello guys today I have checked my transactional view and noticed evri has adjusted our shipping for a total of £2.5k,

I have seen about a month ago the same issue had Happened to multiple sellers and from what I can see The Problem was resolved for most, I have Contacted Both SS and our Evri account Manager but I am still waiting for a reply,

If anyone Previously Had the same issue and now it is resolved could you please share some guidance, That would be greatly Appreciated.

Can I check if you got to the bottom of this? Looking for june, my Evri fees were about £5k (30%) higher than I would expect. I haven't got to the bottom of this yet. I was impacted by the previous adjustments, but got that refunded.
