I received an IP complaint (Complaint ID: 10535011482) a few days ago from a pending trademark (Trademark application asserted is UK00004118662), so this does not violate the IP policy as it is not considered property until the trademark is registered (though it still affects my account heath). However, normal seller support can't help as it is "confidential" and I cant get on to the account health team, as whenever I request a call back, it asks me to type 3 numbers on my keypad, but it only says 1 or 2 of the three numbers. Does anyone have any advise on how to continue? I'd appreciate it a lot if one of the forum mods could help too.
