Sooo, just like many of you guys, there was a buyer who bought collectible cards from our store. The cards are expensive(£200) and we have decided to record videos for every order of them. Of course, there was a buyer stating that the deck was previously opened and wanted to return them. I have immediately contacted him and sent him proof of the condition prior to sending it to him and how the order was prepared. Once returned back, all rare cards were missing from the set and I decided to issue him 20% refund, although, in my opinion, he didn`t deserve anything as we are at a huge loss even with 20% refund. Right after that he opened an A to Z claim which was found in his favor without the chance to appeal it.

Is there anything that I can do? I am considering contacting a lawyer now, because this practice from Amazon is not acceptable.

So is there anything that can be done when a buyer opens a return stating Description on website was not accurate, when it is very accurate and his comment is: not satisfied!

This buyer has bought the same item several times as well so to me he's changed his mind and is abusing the returns so that we pay for this return.

Also anyone else seen a surge in returns lately. Its getting to the point where I'm looking to pull off Amazon as buyers seem to be {Moderator Edit inappropriate comment }.

Lastly is there anyway to block buyers like there is on eBay?

Hi. I am new to Amazon.

I sold a product that cost £1649 and buyer in a few days claim it doesn't work. The return was automatically accepted, which is fine. Then the buyer said he doesn't want to use Royal Mail, so I provided unpaid Amazon label and now he replied he can't drop it off. I need to arrange collection. The buyer is known to me as he sells and buys products from the other market place. I understand none of that matters, and when I contact Amazon I received a message that it is up to me if i want to arrange collection.

I am not sure what is going on and I am pretty sure the product is fully working. I don't mind getting my product back and refunding but my concern is that buyer is trying something else. What can I do?
