EFN Shipping rates not being charged to Cusomer

Hi all,

We have been using EFN for about a month now having moved back from Pan EU.

We notice our pricing in our inventory as showing a shipping fee which is fine. We can calculate profit margins as normal. However, when an item ships no Shipping charge is being paid for by the customer. As a result we have pretty much lost money on every EFN sale thus far. Any one else got this issue.

Of course I can raise overall prices if shipping isnt being charged
