Threatening... Your Valid Tracking Rate is below 95% when all tracking numbers are valid

Hi all. I am still getting a fortnightly email … Your Valid Tracking Rate is below 95%. Is anyone else? I am getting fed up of the constant reminders and mild threats.
I post via Royal Mail click and drop, with tracking numbers added to all. Always around 85% scanned, but when I download and check the file, all tracking numbers are validated. They all state YES.
Not a nice thing to keep finding in my inbox when all is good, and according to my posty, that VTR is good, as some items have trouble scanning and some postys don’t bother to scan anything.

Yes I get it every fortnight - also using RM48 from c&d - i just mark as read in my performance notifications and move on as per the advice on the webinar

I do download my defect report every morning though just in case they’ve changed something - again

Same here, still getting and ignoring the emails. Not bothering to read them, just instantly delete then check it on my own.

As per the others.

The sensible response is not to worry, but nevertheless the tone of Amazon’s communications is threatening. A shoddy way for them to carry on.

Do you actually need to send everything tracked ? - that is not necessary for lower value items, and not what the VTR is all about.
Are the items all over £20 value ?

I found this thread very helpful. Thanks!
