Seller code of conduct "accurate information" violation
Have received a deactivation warning after being accused of seller code of conduct policy violation "accurate information".
There were no direct ASINS provided, although AMZ support have stated that this is due to acting on behalf of a brand.
For context, all i done was attempt to add an ASIN to my inventory, from which I faced the generic error code, 5885. Then, I raised cases querying how it was an generic listing when the listing was in fact, branded. This went on for some time but ultimately I gave up and returned the stock to the manufacturer. At no point in time did I ever attempt to edit a brand/product detail page/ASIN or anything alike. Nor did I ever have an aactive listing for this ASIN.
The support team have stated the only way to successfully appeal is to provide a letter of brand authorisaiton, which is proving difficult to get.
Any pointers will be greatly appreciated? How to successfully appeal?
