Please help with my listing

Hi, tried to list a product and I keep getting this error message:

The value ‘Melao Tattoo numbing creme’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘NuNumb™ 5% Lidocaine Numbing Cream - 30g Tube’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN ‘B0BZFXVHP9’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc)

I think that someone has previously used the same barcode number on a different cream, the numbing cream I’m trying to list can be customised so I think NuNumb name was used by a previous seller with the same barcode???

please help as seller support are being useless
