I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced an issue with the Amazon Vine program and can offer advice.
Here’s the situation: I enrolled 30 units in Vine, and the Vine dashboard shows that 26 reviews have been received. However, only 11 of those reviews are visible on my product detail page. This has been the case for some time, with no changes despite the dashboard clearly indicating more reviews.
I’ve contacted Amazon Seller Support about this, but they advised that nothing is guaranteed regarding review visibility and didn’t provide any concrete resolution. I understand that not all reviews may be published, but the discrepancy between 26 reviews received (as per the dashboard) and only 11 visible seems unusually large.
I’ve checked my settings and filters to ensure nothing is hiding the reviews. I also understand that some reviews might be flagged or moderated, but 15 reviews missing feels like a technical issue or inconsistency.
Questions:
- Has anyone else encountered this issue where the Vine dashboard shows more reviews than are visible on the catalogue page?
- Were you able to resolve it, and if so, how did you manage to get all or more of the reviews to show?
- Is there a specific team or approach that worked for you when Seller Support couldn’t assist, even when asked to escalate the case to someone higher up? I also emailed the Amazon Captive Team directly asking for help but have never heard back from them.
This is very frustrating, so any insights would be greatly appreciated!
