Hello everyone, I have a problem with reviews disappearing. 150 reviews DISAPPEARED. Previously sold without a variation and now decided to try to combine them into a variation to compare the results. After loading the variation, there were 294 reviews without two smells (8 smells). The next day, 230 reviews were sent. Two days later, 210. And now 190. HOW DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND THIS? I opened a couple of cases with support and in response, wait 72 hours. More than 4 days have passed but I still have not received an answer. Sales have dropped by 50%.

Hello Amazon team,

I got several 5-star reviews from my customers (I checked and they did purchase my products), but it has been 2-3 months and reviews are still not showing on my product pages. I can only see them on my seller central account. Since positive reviews will bring more views and might lead to purchase, could you please help me to figure out the reason?

I used to have more than 50 reviews for selling the same product for 1 year, AND now only 12 are left!!

It is hugely impacting my sales and this isn't very fair from Amazon to do that, here is what happened :

- I used to have 10 ASINs under a parent Asin, all towels but different colours.

-When I added 10 more ASINs under the same parent Asin, Amazon deleted 30 Ratings !!

-Today I have deleted 2 child ASINs and now I only have 12!!!

The system thinks it's accurate but it's not, especially when it's the same models, same textures, from the same supplier.... ONLY THE COLOURS are different.
