Product User Manual ( FBA)
Hi All,
When I was creating the listing, I used pre-existing listing of similar product but slightly different shape I thought I will be able to change the images. My supplier hasn’t got his on website. I did send them P U Manual but they are not able to verify. Could anyone let me know please what that should contain?

You cant change an existing listing to another product its against policy and will likely result in account been suspended especially if someone else has active listings on it as they will notice and complain.
You need to spend some time learning on the seller university page.

I open the case I told them how that happened. Why they did ask me for?
“ Before we can process your request, we need you to provide one of these valid forms of documentation:
- Manufacturer’s or Publisher’s (for books) website link clearly showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- Manufacturer’s catalog (Product User Manual), either scanned image of the physical catalog or PDF version showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- High-resolution product pictures, clearly showing the suggested changes, along with a visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.).
- A high-resolution photo of the item in its original packaging showing the product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.) code and the attribute or attributes that you need to change”
So the stock is currently in FBA warehouse. I will be able to create a new listing with the same barcodes on the boxes or do I have to remove all the stock?

Can I ask, how did you actually link your product to the one already listed in the catalogue?. Was it by image/description only or by way of the EAN?

That is not the way Amazon works. If using an existing listing on Amazon you have to list against the EXACT same item in every respect, not just similar, you cannot change to suit you, as the other sellers item will be incorrect.
Take note of what the others have said above.

Add a new product, pick one from pre-existing listing.
