One FBA Listing has higher costs than other 5 variations - same product
Hi,
I have 6 product variations of the same product. 5 of them have the same FBA costs. 1 of them has a cost significantly higher than the other 5. Anyone had this issue before?

Check the size and weight for it and make sure it is correct.

In addition to what Demel as suggested. Have you just recently sent these to an FC. If so, the one that is significantly higher could have been re measured at the FC, wrongly perhaps, and Amazon have changed it. This did happen to me.
But you do need to double check the measurements you have placed on the more details page, it’s easy to enter an incorrect dimension
If it looks as though Amazon have measured it, you will need to make sure your package dimensions are totally correct and if they are raise a case to SS

All my FBA items that have variants are never the same. I have a lot of very small items in FBA with various different colours, I pack them in bubble bags so the increase in size from the original product is minimal. Some of my variances on the same product are different. For example one product varies from 78.5 - 555.139 cubic centimetres. The actual cost difference is pennies so it doesn’t real make it cost effective for me to spend days trying to get it changed.

i have the same problem i have 7 variants they are all the same but 1 is lower than all the other 6 i have had them re measured by amazon twice now and they say they are different but they are not they are all made with the same template/mould

If a package has any flexible flaps and when measured it’s upwords, it is added to height of the product.Items measured in a device rather than manually.

We’ve had this issue in the past. You can ask to have the variation weighed via seller support.

I have the same as you same product but different variations as they were charging me more for 1 as they measured it wrong so messaged ss saying theyre all the same shape and weight etc even sent a photoof the product under a ruler and they then corrected it…5 days later but thats ss for ya

I’ve had exactly the same problem. Three variations of the same product - the only difference is the colour and one had different FBA fees. Amazing how the colour purple can be so much heavier and larger then green! It took about 3 attempts at raising case logs. Every time I’d send them all three ASINS and every time they’d only compare two of them. Finally the FBA fees are all the same, but they are still displaying with different dimensions for the packaging. Good luck getting yours sorted.
