Hi there,
I was selling only in USA Market and I do have My LLC based Amazon account, But amazon automatically activated different marketplaces at their own, I did not listed a single product on other marketplaces and Not even sold a single Product in any other market other than USA.
But Unfortunately My USA Marketplace linked with UK Marketplace and USA account got deactivated, and they said to recover your UK market First where I never sold or listed anything, when I login into UK Market, they were asking for SDU verification of Passport and CNIC was required. I submitted Both on 2 August, they never responded and still my UK Market is deactivated and secondly therefore unable to activate my USA market as well and losing sales on daily basis as USA account is also got deactivated due to this UK Marketplace.
I also again Appealed on 12 August again, But they never responded.
It has been Now 14 Days the issue is ongoing and no one is resolving the issue.
Please Help me Out how to resolve the issue ?
