Brand violation

Hello,

I am selling since 2021 a product with no issues until all of the sudden the inventory was stranded and appear under an other the brand name. How can this happen and why? I can not fix a stranded inventory under an other brand name. I am trying to contact Brand registry but unsuccessful. I opened a case but wasn't helpful at all. Please can someone help me? I am desperate.
