There have been several threads/posts about the same issue - like you, people only ever had one account yet being told they have another.
A friend had the same issue some time ago, and they just had to be persistent - multiple emails denying the fact, and how can you prove something that doesn't exist ?! Try the MD email.

Hello @Seller_UtVbG2cLJyCHA,
I'm Abella from Amazon, here to assist you.
I have reviewed your post above, and understand that your account has been suspended as it has been related to another account, which violates one of our policies.
Even if you do not own another account, your account does share at least one significant point of information with this other account. That information connects their status and actions to your account.
There are high chances that you might have accidentally registered for a global account.
So please go through all the marketplaces like US, Japan and check the reason of de-activation in performance notification and try to reactivate it.
You must first reactivate the related account by submitting an appeal.
If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.
Regards,
Abella.

I have the same issue. My seller name was to another account with "?22" added to the end, but this account is not mine, and I have no idea who it belongs to. Were you able to resolve this issue? What steps did you take to solve it?
