Can I create a BOGO promotion if I resell brand name products?

I don't own a brand. I'm a reseller. I sell other brand name products on Amazon.

Can I create a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion in Amazon to get sales?

Thanks

Are you authorized BY THE BRAND to represent and sell the BRAND you sell? Being ungated or approved on Amazon does not mean you are authorized by the BRAND. So that is the first question...Do you have a letter of authorization FROM THE BRAND authorizing/licensing you to sell the BRAND?

Hi @Seller_0CVmWDSxrCSVr,

Yes, you can create a Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) promotion on Amazon as a reseller. Here’s how you can go about it:

Firstly, you'll need to be on the Professional selling plan to access this feature. Individual sellers don't have this option. You can find more details under the "Differences between selling plans" section here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202015910.

Additionally, you need a seller feedback rating of at least 2.5 stars to be eligible for creating a BOGO promotion. Sellers without a feedback rating are also eligible. This is mentioned under "When to create a promotion" here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G60951.

When setting up your promotion, you can choose specific ASINs or apply it to your entire catalog. For step-by-step guidance, check the "Create a promotion" section: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G60961.

Just a heads-up, certain categories like Books, Music, Video, and DVD (BMVD) are excluded from promotions, so make sure your products are eligible.

Promotions work best when your offer is the Featured Offer, as this ensures the promotional messaging appears on the detail page.

Best of luck with your sales!

Warm regards, Michael
