Buyer frustrated with Amazon support leave me negative feedback. All he wanted to do was to contact me to find out why his order was late. He contacted Amazon support to ask for my contact details as he could not find them on his phone after a week of going back and forth he gave up and left me negative feedback asking where his goods was. When I asked him why he left the negative without contacting me he said it was not meant as a slight on me but it was to let Amazon know how frustrated he was with Amazon customer support.
Just great not only am I getting negative feedback for items sold by other companies now I am getting them for Amazons poor customer support.
ONLY ON AMAZON.

If a buyer makes a mistake when evaluating and submitting feedback, you cannot edit it, but the buyer can delete it. For more information, see Can Amazon remove customer feedback?.
