There was a post on here last month about BHX2 refusing pallets for really petty reasons
It seems like they’re a bit overloaded at the moment. Parcels delivered to them are taking at least 3 days for them to scan in.
Looks like the BHX2 meltdown is continuing. I sent a shipment last Friday morning. UPS had it ready for delivery to BHX2 later the same day according to the tracking, but as of this morning, four and a half days later, Amazon have still not accepted it.
We’ve had a pallet that’s being refused from a consolidated delivery by Palletforce for 2 weeks due to no space. We’re losing business due to low stock on our most popular products and there’s nothing we can do.
I have had a shipment I just sent in on Friday, UPS delivered it on Monday and finally this morning I got the emails saying it had been received in full. Within a couple of hours it had all disappeared and the shipping queue it says 50 units sent, 0 received and shipment is closed. And of course, I now have to wait for a further 2 weeks before asking, ‘where is my stuff?’
Seller Support have told us that Coalville is just a distribution centre, not a fulfillment centre, so stuff is delivered there and then sent on to the various fulfillment centres. We begged to send the next lot of stuff somewhere else but apparently it can’t be done.
just taken over two hours to speak with someone, only to be told there is no issues, should should be given rejection slips, no this does not happen, and yes there is a problem, they have over 400 backed up that have still not be delivered, Amazon sort yourselves out please, and do not even start me on the call center
We have been waiting now 3 weeks for 2 pallets to be delivered shipped 20th May, they offered 11th June but then put it back to 16th June lets see if they keep the delivery … This depot nightmare , even carton FBA can take 2-3 weeks to unpack.
Amazon contacted but just give the blanket fob you off replies
We have new pallets gone elsewhere this week so can hope.
