The child ASIN will not be displayed in the variant relationship of the parent ASIN.

The child ASIN appears to be visually separated from the parent ASIN on the product page, despite my verification that the child ASIN is still correctly associated with the parent in the backend.

We opened the case(15366781211), and the seller's support team told me that the latest error message in the system was that the brand of the father-son variant was inconsistent.

But in the inventory page, the brands of the child goods and the parent goods are actually the same. They also told me to use the template to refresh again so that the system can re-read the brand of the variant. I refreshed the template again (349305019875) and the status was "done", but unfortunately, these efforts have proven ineffective in reconciling the display issue on the product page.

I am currently seeking alternative solutions to ensure that the child ASIN is seamlessly integrated into the parent ASIN's product page, resolving the observed separation. Can someone help me solve this problem?

Hello @Seller_bGXvSzOGiSQak,

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your case and see that they have reached out to the team to get help, however, I see that your Item Type Keyword (ITK) is not the same across all of your products. The correct ITK for your products is smart-watch-screen-protectors and you should update this and upload again for all of your items in the variation and this should allow your items to be put into the same variation. When the ITK is not the same, it will reject your variation request. If you still have issues, provide your new batch ID in the case and advise them what you have done so they can review again.

Regards,

Michelle
