Can't update any listings - nothing at all - help
Hi all
Yesterday I could not upload any images on my listings, well I could upload but could not save- the save and finish button was greyed out.
Now i can’t update anything, absolutely nothing, on any of my listings, parent or child.
Any thoughts, advice, anything? before i go stir crazy
Thought i may ask here first, before i spend the next view hours on Chat with SS

Sometimes you need to go into ‘Adanced’ edit and check all the tabs - the box with missing yet required info is sometimes there and until you have entered a valid value the Save button remains inactive.
With my problem with wrong infrmation on a listing I am now awaiting for Support to get back to me,

I had the similar situation a few weeks ago.
Listing was Inactive as Amazon said required information was missing. Yet when I went into edit it was asking for information I knew I had entered previously. Nevertheless, I re-entered it again but the Save button was greyed out so I couldn’t save.
A message was saying required information was still missing and certain boxes were red - but the information had been entered!
I then discovered that if I ‘typed’ the information in the box, instead of selecting an option from the menu that appeared when I started to type, the entry was accepted and the Save button became active.
So try again but ‘type’ your entries in full instead of selecting from any menu that may appear.
