Cannot Create US Ad account support has been useless

Hey All,

I am a new seller and just launched my first product. Now I am getting close to giving up on trying to run ads and seller on Amazon in general. I am trying to create a US ad account I take these steps.

1. I go to https://advertising.amazon.com/
2. I click register
3. I select United States
4. I clicked Products Sold On Amazon
5. I select Seller Central as account type
6. I am directed here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/clicks/registration/sponsoredproducts?ref=a20m_us_rgstr_sc_us
7. Where I click Create Your Campaign and the page times out.

I have contacted Seller and Advertising support. At first they send me back and forth to each other and now they are telling me the problem is I don't have a US ad account and need to register one... like no *** I would love to but I CAN'T that's the exact PROBLEM.

I have 0% hope they can resolve the issue, are they always this useless? Is there anything I can do to fix this or is my. fate in the hands of these support agents who tell me to do the impossible?
