EU labeling guidelines
Hi,
Can someone advice why the EU and UK regulation on labeling is different, because the same item i sell in the UK market is rejected in the EU market due to regulation difference.
What do i do in this case as the same item i sell in the UK market i want to sell aswell in the EU market, can someone advice please?

Make it compliant i guess. For example i believe with grocery Amazon require packaging in the local language.

You will need to say what the product is and what labelling requirements apply to it

Do you have an EU address on the product? CE marking doesn’t apply to foodstuffs…

We had a bunch of items removed from the Eu sites, when I questioned Amazon, they advised that the warnings/compliance text had to be in ALL of the marketplace languages, so FR, DE, IT etc. Not just french for teh france site but ALL of them.
Went round in circles with them a bit then gave up.
