All my Payment is in reserved more than 3 months without any reason , with no notification received about it , I opened 3 case but all my case got transferred and receiving no reply from amazon Case Id 15444012231

feautured offer unavailable without any reason, i have good health doing FBA private label i am brand owner no other competitors in my listing i am only brand owner in my listing , my advertising is not running due to no featured offer, i opened so many case getting robotic replies [CASE 10040067502]

I'm a seller with Amazon and have an outstanding balance of over £1000, for almost 6 months, my account has been deactivated and I'm not willing to sell again on Amazon.

I asked them 50 times to send me my last disbursement and close my account and they always keep giving excuses. Now they said my business in the company's house showing dormant, which is nothing to do with my payment as my business bank account is active and verified.

I spoke to a lawyer who said my payment has nothing to do with my business status in the company's house as long as my bank account is verified.

They closed all my communication channels with me, very strange

I've been advised to escalate a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and take legal action.

Do you any had this issue before? and what can I do to sort it out for now, please?
