'The SKU for this item is unknown and cannot be found'
Hey everyone, I’ve started to list my inventory in preparation for my first shipment to amazon and I keep getting this error on roughly 20% of games I try to list
‘The SKU for this item is unknown and cannot be found’
The item is clearly showing an SKU Number on the same screen that says it cannot find an sku number, sometimes by backing in and out 5-6 times it will eventually go past this screen but other times it complete locks up on it
Is there any solution for this as it’s very frustrating as learning the listing procedure is taking me a good while even without this error

The SKU is a ref. number you give your items, otherwise Amazon will create one.
Do you actually mean UPC/EAN (barcode). If your items have a barcode you should be listing them using that.

how long ago did you list the items and opt them into FBA as it can take 20 minutes or so for the system to ‘find’ it to add to a shipment if you’ve just listed your offer
