How to Change Shipping Template for Merchant Fulfilled Products Shipped from China
Hi All,
I have been trying to customize a Merchant Fulfilled Shipping Template specifically for 1 ASIN that will ship directly from the warehouse in China to the buyers in the US.
I have not found anything helpful on here or youtube yet discussing how to appropriately customize the template so that it reflects the longer shipping times from the Chinese warehouse. It is only giving me standard US shipping areas to customize.
My product is very heavy and typically is sea shipped, but for a hefty price increase it can be air-shipped. 5-10 days shipping is not applicable for me and I have no idea how to get around this. Also, I have already entered the correct Chinese warehouse into "Ship From" address.
Hopefully someone is already doing this and can help.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. I just have a few questions that I am hoping you can provide context on. This should help provide me with info on the best suggestion.
Do you have an agreement with your supplier where you are the only seller of record and the only entity identified as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or any other information included or provided in connection with the products?
Do you remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a different seller or third-party supplier prior to shipping the order?
Do you remain responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply with the Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies?
