VAT in Poland and Czech Republic
Hi everybody!
I have an issue that I have encountered while selling on Amazon.de.
Some of my inventory was stored and dispatched from warehouses in Poland and the Czech Republic. I'm registered for VAT only in Germany and the business is registered in Germany as well. Does that mean now that I have to register in Poland and in the Czech Republic as well for VAT? I have opted out of that feature so I wouldn't like more units to be sold and stored there, basically, I won't do it again.
I see that Poland has a threshold of 200 000 Zloty that you don't need to register for VAT if you don't reach that limit. And for the Czech Republic is around 84 000 EUR.
I would really appreciate your advices in that case and I hope it can help somebody out there with the same problem.

Hey @Seller_cBWjAM6OLKA18
I would suggest you to contact a tax-advisor for this specific question. A good tax-advisor should be able to help you with this issue.
Furthermore, did you check that all your items have been removed from the Polish and Czech Warehouses? Did you check your FBA settings to avoid a similar issue?
Let me know, if you need further help with this.
Best regards and have a great weekend,
Janina
