Amazon still not re-activated my account after 18th August notification !?
We have been selling on Amazon for around 6 years now and we got a notifcation from Amazon on the 18th August to make sure all the information regarding the beneficial owners is correct.
We have submitted the correct information on this day it was requested which is obviously now around 16 days ago. It states it can take 1-10 working days. It has now been past the 10 working days and we have just had no response from them whatsoever and therefore are unable to sell as all our listings are de-activated? I've spoke to Amazon they just say to allow longer
My question is does anyone have any experience about this that can shed some light on how long we are expected to wait!? It has all been correctly done now, we are not sure why this is taking so long, longer than it says it will?

I am afraid to say that Amazon's time-scales are not the same as ours, and you probably need to multiply what they say by at least 10 !!! It is always so frustrating, especially when you have no communication from them either, but hopefully they are working on it in the background. You might just have to wait, and if they do need more info am sure they will ask.
