Read onlyI went on Holiday, my Account Health went down to 256 which says “Good”
Amazon said my account me deactivated I managed to contact them via Seller Support and advise I am on holidau but will try sort it asap.
Addressed a few violations, I got 3 messages saying they tried contact me as I was enrolled with Amazon Account Health Assurance but they never called me once, as per Amazons Policies they should have called me but they never did.
When I tried contact through Amazon Account Health after 3 years they have still not fixed the ability to get a call from them for UK or European Phone Numbers despite me raising this multiple times over the years.
My account shouldn’t have been deactivated, it has been deactivated 7 weeks I cannot even send stock in for the Christmas Period.
I have had 8 appeals declined and I have field a Mediation Request 12 days ago, apparently my account is being reviewed but they are facing delays.
Amazon Support please advise how do I expedite this?
I have £9,000 I cannot disburse and I am being chased by creditors.
