Read onlyApologies if this has been asked before but I can't find an answer to my problem.
I'm getting quite a few 'item not delivered' enquiries lately where I'm forced to refund as I send via Royal Mail 1st class large letter via Amazon's 'Buy Shipping' and there's no tracking or proof of delivery with this service (unlike an ebay sale where if the package is scanned upon delivery it's marked as proof of delivery so I'm covered).
I would like to post item's over a certain value using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or 48 but I don't see it as an option. Does anyone know why.
I'm FBM and don't have a Royal Mail linked account.

If you look at the number under the qr code it will give you delivery confirmation.
Tracked 24/48 are only available on Amazon if you have an RM account, they are cheaper to buy off Amazon anyway just by click and drop if you dont have the volume to have reduced ratees
Thanks for creating a nice thread @Seller_w7a0AtJqubh6W, and I hope you got value out of it!
