I'm just doing my postage for tomorrow and finding I can't select RM Tracked 48. Only Tracked 24 is available as the option for 48 is currently saying "Does not meet promised delivery date". I have never had this issue before and none of my postage settings have changed.. so has maybe Royal Mail informed Amazon of delays, or is this some type of error? Anyone else having the same issues not being able to select Tracked 48? Strangely normal 48 (CRL) is still available!

Sorry for the basic question, I very stupidly did not realise that Royal Mail signed for reduced their compensation and have been buying this through Amazon for the majority of the books I sell, anyway now I know I would like to use Tracked 48 but don't have an option to buy on Amazon, if I purchase from RM online and enter the tracking number will this be OK, or is it going to affect my metrics?, or can I get tracked 48 added to Amazon postage options, I am registered as a business but only have the basic account (never went professional as worried I might have to be verified again)

Also do you enter the spaces on the tracking number

HI All. Yesterday I was hit with valid tracking rate below 95%. I proved to seller support everything was tracked and customers knew where their parcels are. I'm using Click & drop to buy shipping. Amazon wants me to use their buy shipping on website. Is there any way to get my RM business shipping prices on Amazon buy shipping? I have business account linked with Amazon but 24 and 48 services are not available. Thank You fellas :)
