I received this email on Tueday evening and replied Wednesday morning with my explanation.

We are contacting you because you have misused shipping charges on product detail pages. We have removed your Featured Offer Eligibility for all ASINs.

Fluctuating shipping charges include, but are not limited to:
– Changing the shipping charges on a template repeatedly

How do I reactivate my Featured Offer Eligibility?
To reactivate your Featured Offer Eligibility, you may submit the following to notice-reversal@amazon.com:
– A confirmation that shipping charges for your ASINs will not continue to fluctuate.
Has your Featured Offer Eligibility been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why by emailing notice-reversal@amazon.com. Your explanation should include the following information:
– The reason the listing has fluctuating shipping charges

I know why its happened, I changed the 2nd post price per item from 0.0p to 25p then decided to change it back and keep it a 0.00 for any additional items.

Ive emailed and explained this and also that the shipping cost actually havent increased.

My question is I emailed back on Wedensday and havent heard anything and my buy box is still not reinstated and sales have dropped significantly., how long do I wait until I contact them again?

Any advise appreciated.
