Missing parts or accessories in product

Hello!
I have a few questions.
I started selling Halogen Floodlight with PIR. It turned out that the halogen lamp was missing in the kit. Most likely it happened that they became banned from import, as a manager of one of the companies told me recently.
What I have for today:

  1. Sold 10 pcs. Of these, two people asked to send them lamps, and the other simply demanded a refund.
  2. Amazon put the rest of my stock of these lamps in reserve (FC processing). Could this be because they check for bulbs based on customer reviews? I see that out of 10 orders, 3 bad reviews.
  3. Can I ask buyers to buy these lamps themselves and give them a partial refund? Is this possible within an Amz account?
  4. Should I remove the listing from my inventory now? I want to return the balance to the supplier. But where would the 10 reserved units be displayed then?
Please help me and answer at least some of my questions. Thanks in advance.

1 In my opinion everyone gets a refund. So those 3 and then be prepared for the other 7 too, It doesn’t sound like you could send them the lamps anyway.
2 Yes they may make a physical inspection and / or you can likely expect them to request a plan of action from you and potentially suspend your account
3 See 1. But it’s possible.
4 You can try creating a removal order, but as they are in processing it may not be possible. You should at least close the listing for now - i wouldn’t personally delete it until everything is resolved.

Hi everybody!
Help me finish my case please.
What has been done for today. I contacted each of the 10 buyers, but did not receive a response. Therefore, I decided to send each of them a bulb by expedited dispatch with a track number.

  1. I still have a problem that Amazon has put the remaining stock for this item (10pcs) in reserve. Amz is probably inspecting them. So far I haven’t received any notifications. Can I create a case and write to support describing my situation and how I fixed it. I need to take these 10 pcs out because they probably don’t have bulbs either. What will you advice me?
  2. I have 3-star feedback on the same case. The client wrote me a complaint in feedback. Should I use the option and answer him under this feedback or hope that when he receives the lamp, he will fix it himself?
    Many thanks.
