Hello @Amazon. Can I please request some help to resolve this Critical Policy Violation? We have been selling on Amazon for over nine years now, and we are very very integrated into the Amazon ecosystem and understand the importance of product reviews in the overall system. We have always taken a customer-first policy, and that has helped us improve our performance over time and deliver customer satisfaction at every step.
We received a notification stating the following: We have found that your account has violated our "Customer product review policies", and your account is at risk of imminent deactivation. We have been asked to submit a plan of action and outline the steps.
The problem we have is that we have NEVER asked for a product review, not through the customer, not through any 3rd party service, and not even through Amazon Vine. We source our products from USA-based brands only and leave improving product content, product reviews, and product ratings to the brand owner, focusing purely on customer satisfaction through faster delivery and improved customer service.
We filed an appeal outlining all the details that we do not ask for product reviews, but only focus on providing the best customer service possible. However, we just received another response from Amazon stating, "We received your submission, but do not have enough information to remove the warning from your account at this time."
We stopped selling on our website years ago, so we do not offer any incentives outside the Amazon system, and we do not divert any customers to other websites. NO prohibited review methods were used. NO incentives are offered in exchange for reviews being posted on Amazon. NO 3rd party involvement. NO prohibited reviews obtained from employees, friends/family, or 3rd party services. After carefully reviewing the most recent Customer Product Review Policy, I am certain that we have not violated any of the outlined situations that would be against Amazon's TOS.
I am at a loss here. I don't know how else to provide evidence, when there is no violation happening from my standpoint. I have none of the requested documentation or details that Amazon is asking for as they are not applicable to my situation.
What do I do here to have the violation removed? Please help me @Seller_NGsbQYFacZKVL @Seller_SBIjJooGeXSQ6 @Seller_RsATYbG9XP0HP@Seller_guLNtDGZuva40
Can Amazon please tell us what exactly happened? What triggered the policy violation? If we know what the violation is, we can create a strong, concise, and effective POA to address the violation. I am all for making changes and admitting a mistake if I missed something - but I need some direction on where we went wrong. PLEASE HELP US!
