Sponsored advert keeps getting rejected
I am trying to advertise a listing for a small wifi camera that can be used via a phone app.but it keeps getting rejected saying it is in breach of policy
There are other listings for the exact same product that have adverts running. I thnk the issue is you claim it can be used for e.g. spying purposed, however my description does not say anything like that and it is for home security when out.
Is there anyone on here that can help me this or recommend someone that can?

Ah, I take it you’ve run into the issue where amazon says something in your advert is against policy, but won’t actually tell you what it is (and in our case, the issue was completely unrelated to the policy stated so we never would have spotted what they wanted to remove)
We had this - the only thing we could do was to open a case with seller support and continue to reply.
It took many, many attempts and about 8 weeks - but eventually - someone specifically told us the issue.
Sorry, thats probably not the news you wanted to hear, but you just have to keep going back until someone reads your message and understands it.
