Account Not Eligible for Expansion?

Hi there,

I am tearing my hair out. I have 100s of products listed in the UK which is my original marketplace. I am allowed to list products in Netherlands but if I go to "Enable Multi-Marketplace selling" I get an error:

Your account is not eligible for expansion at this time. Please contact Seller Support for details.

These terms will govern your use of the Amazon Services on applicable Amazon Sites other than "Amazon.com.

Amazon.fr

Amazon.it

Amazon.es

Amazon.se

Amazon.pl

Amazon.com.be

As I am already selling in the Netherlands space, I cannot understand the problem. Has anyone ever had this before and if so how on Earth do I resolve it. I have asked the question a dozen different ways in open cases but I get answers from Amazon Account Support that have absolutely no bearing on the issue, almost as if they are not understanding what I'm asking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
