Confirm order problem
I cannot get my user name up in the confirmation of my orders section

Do you mean your orders as a seller or orders as a buyer ?
Or do you mean the ‘dispatch from’ box when you confirm despatch of an order

I have been to Settings and done as you suggested but I can still only confirm my despatches from the usual place.That is the page that comes up once I have clicked on the ‘confirm shipment’ flag.This directs me to the page with the following headings - Dispatch Date - Dispatch From - Carrier - Delivery Service - and lastly Tracking ID.I can fill all these in except Dispatch From - which should be my name but it has stopped appearing in this space so if I confirm anyway with all the other info will my Valid tracking rate be affected - I have already been threatened will suspension over my VTR so Dont want to make things worse.

Yes that is what I see as well its just that when I tap on the ‘ship from’ box nothing happens - it used to come up with my name but it dosen’t anymore.All the other sections operate properly - why has this box stopped working.I cant even type in manually my Name so presumably Amazon has done something but what? I can still confirm my orders but will the lack of a name affect my VTR?
