I’ve just opened a seller account and my account has been blocked already. It’s asking for the documentation below:

The name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible

On the address registered, I’m not the bill payer therefore my name wouldn’t be on the bill. How do I get past this? Is it just best to delete the seller account and start again?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Do not open a new account - it too will be deactivated

they need to see a bill in your name
If you haven’t got one, you’ll need to get one
a mobile phone is acceptable

As mentioned by @The_Little_Shop, you will have to attach the requested document that are under your name. If you do not have any bill under your name, you can attach the bill on your parents name (if they stay at the same address as mentioned in seller central).

Also, can you attach the recent email received in your performance notification, so that we can assist you better.
