Amazon has requested that I enter an IEN number for my shipments, but since I send my shipments as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), I don't have an IEN number. Because I did not provide this code within 60 days, Amazon has blocked me from creating new shipments and set my storage limit to 0. As my shipment plans are closed, I cannot enter my old IEN numbers. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Please help me.
I noticed that you’re experiencing the same issue with the IEN option and international shipping plans. I’m facing the exact same problem and I’m currently searching for a solution. If I find a way to resolve this, I’ll be sure to share it with you.
