Units marked as defective due to Amazon Transparency program

Have recently enrolled into the Transparency program which is due to protect sellers with brands from hijacking, etc. All sounded great but in fact the program is not working at all and is my biggest fail from Amazon so far. Basically for my last shipment to FBA 496 units they were all marked as defective and didnt come as active for quite some time. After the shipment was closed these units remained defective and I knew there was something wrong as all my units were shipped in perfect state with no reason for these to be defective. After started thinking I realized that may be there is an issue with this transparency program. I had may be 5 account managers responsible for the transparency and with all of them I had issues. The last one didnt even tell me she has passed over from the previous so when I tried to reach for help noone answeared. I basically contacted all transparecny contacts I could find in order to be told my account manager has been changed and she will contact me soon. Long story short, absolutely no help from their support, my items are still defective due to this useless transparency program and on top of that I also paid for 496 codes from them . I now dont know what to do as all my stock is sitting as defective due to this Amazon invention and my only option is to get it all back … Pointless, useless and not working currently- this is Amazon Transparency. One one else experienced similar problem and have any idea how to sort it out.
