How can I reach the vendor support team regarding VAT arrears?

Hello everyone,

As I am not a resident seller in the UK, I owe VAT. Amazon sent me an email with bank account details to pay this to Amazon.

However, I have questions about both accounting issues and I need support with payment methods.

They sent us the e-mail address "mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk" where we can get support for our questions, but when we send an e-mail, an automatic reply with bank account information is constantly coming. We sent an e-mail to this e-mail address to prevent automatic replies, but it did not help.

We created a case on the amazon panel for the relevant team not to give an automatic reply, but after we transferred this case directly to the relevant team, an automatic reply came.

Although I have tried all the ways, I cannot reach the seller support team regarding my VAT obligation. This behavior of amazon on such an important issue is very clumsy. We are making so much effort to meet with amazon between our work and our work.

Is there any way to reach the team?
