Approval for subcategories

Hi everyone

I tried to list some fancy dress costumes and got a message saying this subcategory requires approval. The information I can find says its because it comes under Toys and Games but then I read approval is only needed in the holiday period. Any ideas why I am having problems? I am a new seller but not account issues

I seem to recall someone else having the same problem, someone more knowledgable that sells in that category will be able to help you more than me but I think it’s a safety issue, because they are flammable.
