Minimum age recommendation displaying as months

Hi,

I have recently been accepted to Amazon handmade and I have only listed three products so far. I sell in the Toys & Games category and for each item I have entered the minimum recommended age in years and selected years from the drop-down menu. When I click save and finish it is converted to months and displayed as such. E.G. 14 years being displayed as 168.00 months. No matter how many times I go into each listing and change it, it always reverts to months.

I have contacted Amazon Support and been told 4 times so far it is an issue with my seller account and how to change it. Each time Amazon has responded, I have changed it as they have described and waited the amount of time suggested. Each time it does not work, and I reopen the case to get the same response, I’m am stuck in a loop!

I have checked other listings in this category and everyone I have opened has the minimum age displayed in months to two decimal places.

How do I get Amazon support to actually listen and investigate this problem instead of sending me the standard response?
