Transit times fluctuations
My transit times have historically been within 4-6 days as shown on Amazon, but all the sudden they are showing delivery times 12-14 days out. I went in and tried to adjust them, but it is still showing extremely long transit times and my competition is now taking over the buy box as it still shows theirs as 4-6 days. Does anyone know how to revert transit times, or is Amazon now controlling these due to the new OTDR?

They are padding the transit times, ours say to us deliver by 8/21, but when you look at what the buyer is seeing it says 8/23.

my issue is the opposite, too short of delivery times and now my account health is in trouble even though I have no late shipments, Amazon is saying my shipments don't fall into the Transit Times that THEY handle...so frustrating and no answers. And all my shipments are set to go Priority to make the Transit Times...even though all my templates have selected USPS ground advantage or media mail.
