product Authenticiy complaint
I got a product Authenticity complain by Buyer which took me 2 days to dig the invoices and not mentioning stress on the top. I filed my appeal with invoices and amazon removed that... Friday i had received another one which i have to dig all the invoices again unto 365 day. Despite of purchasing product from this Brand name directly since 2016 amazon not accepting any invoices before 365 day. Sometime product does not sell in our Plumbing shop so we put it on amazon. This rule of not accepting invoices further then 365 days cause problems and its not right.
As i am dealing with second complaint for Rothemberger Superfine soldering torch -2 . First order complaint for Rothenberger 15m pipe slicers that buyer complaint saying got authentic just received back from amazon. Buyer purchased that pipe slicer on the 3rd October and roughly used it less than 2 weeks . We have open the package from amazon that buyer sent back its totally gone black from sliver and rust inside. Its impossible to run this pipe cutter down and go so black even is used everyday for 2 weeks. Buyer has s swopped it around with his old one.
I am really tired of people cheating just for few pounds they wish our business and i end up spending days with stress trying to clear our name with amazon. Why do we have to be put in to this position being treated as we did something wrong.
I opened the prodcut in the presence of witnesses. Now i have to deal with another rothenberger product which is superfine-2 torch. One complaint from buyer because he wanted to swop his old product with a new one free of charge he wish peoples lives. We do not sell fake items, i mind my own business and run my amazon shop fairly treating people fairly and end up like this.
this is really not fair and demoralising.
