Credit card verification
Hello,
Could someone please help advice on verifyung the credit card in order to activate the seller account?
I keep receiving the same email saying that I need to provide the valid credit card detail to activate my account however i have provided
- Internet bills
- Bank statement (online)
- Passport copy
But I have had no luck in the last 3 weeks? Is it that they do not accept online bank statements? Any one had a similar experience and what did you do to resolve this?

Hi just to make sure your not getting things mixed up go into account info and charge method we’re your credit card is entered and check against each country make sure the card entered is accepted in each country.
There will be a error message or symbol in red if not.
If that is OK your bank statement needs to match your dispursment payment method so the same as the sort code etc you put in this needs to be a highstreet bank.
Your passport you should only need to enter the details into the system and for any other I’d like you say Internet bill is fine.
The address on the ID must be the same as that on the amazon account though.
